Hi girls! I have got a room available in a 2 bedroom flat in West Ealing, 10 minutes walk from the station Elizabeth and 2 minutes walk to buses to Ealing Broadway Station ( Central and District lines ) 10 mins tops.

🛏️ The room:
The room comes furnished: double bed, bedside table, 2 doors wardrobe and an inbuilt wardrobe. If anything else is needed it can be discussed.

💷 The rent:
Rent is £850 per calendar month including bills.

📍 The location:
If you don’t know Ealing, it’s a very leafy and cute neighbourhood with lots of nice cafes and shops. The house is seconds away from supermarkets such as Sainsbury’s and Lidl. We are 10 minutes away by bus to Ealing Broadway with lots of shops, including a Big Tesco, Primark, a Nuffield Gym, a PureGym, lots of charities shops. There are also a lot of pubs nearby and of nice cafes and restaurants! We are 7 minutes away from Walpole Park, great for running, picnicking and holds nice events in the summer!

🏡 The household:
You will live with 2 Brazilians, me (53 years old) and my daughter (12 years old) we speak fluent English. I work full time and my daughter goes to school from 8 to 3:45. We have another 2 residents: Milky and Harry , our cats 🐈‍⬛.
The house comes with 2 bathrooms and a big kitchen/ living room.

Anything that I forgot to mention it can be discussed obviously.
