I am sadly leaving my room in Northfields! Looking for someone to fill this space.

The room is on the third floor in a terraced house. You would share a bathroom with just one other person also on that floor. The room will come unfurnished, but I have a small double bed that I can provide for you.

The other girls in the house are all working creatives. One works in costume for film, tv and theatre. The other two are classical musicians / composers. All in their late twenties. (I’m taking responsibility to get my room filled, but worth mentioning we are currently looking to fill another room in this house soon as well, this is a larger room for £741 if you have a friend who is also looking!)

- <5 mins walk to Northfields Station (Piccadilly Line)
- 30 mins walk / short bus to Ealing Broadway (Elizabeth, Central & District lines)
- The neighbourhood has so many cafes, restaurants, and a great pub (The Forester) just around the corner. Ealing Broadway also has big green spaces and a shopping centre. The area feels very safe.

The ideal person would be clean, reliable with bills and rent, and happy to contribute to keeping the house a comfortable place to live. We’re looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easy-going to join the house. Preferably of a similar age, in similar profession and LGBT friendly.
