Room in a newly refurbished 2 bed flat

Hello lovelies,

I am sadly moving out of my gorgeous flat in Ealing and looking to replace myself!

As you can see from the pictures it’s an amazing flat finished to a really high level, it was totally redecorated when we moved in a year ago. The flat is unfurnished and comprises of 2 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a huge living room/open plan kitchen and private patio garden

The room is unfurnished (apart from the wardrobe which belongs to the landlord) and big enough for a king size bed with other furniture. The room is on the first floor next to the bathroom and overlooks the patio/neighbours gardens so a very quiet room.

I’ll be taking quite a bit of furniture with me so if you have furniture that’s great!

You’d be sharing the flat with Catie, who is 29 and working as an EA in central London. She works in the office 5 days a week so it’s great for the couple of days that I work from home during the week as we don’t clash on calls. We’re a 7 minute walk from Northfields station on the Piccadilly line or a 15 min walk from West Ealing on the Elizabeth line so really convenient for commuting. There’s also a bus stop right outside the flat which can get you to Ealing Broadway in 10 mins.

We’re looking for someone sociable, but it’s not a party flat at all. We are both very career focused and look to keep the flat as a place of relaxation. That’s not to say that we don’t enjoy a glass of wine and a good yap at the weekend! We’re looking to find someone like minded, who is easy going and friendly. I’m saying ‘we’ on the above as we’re best friends so I will definitely still be visiting every now and again 😂

Rent is £1158 a month but that includes the electricity at a set rate which is very helpful! We pay £143 for bills which includes gas, council tax, WiFi and TV license. Catie also pays for sky TV which is a great bonus!

We’ll be doing viewings over the next couple of weekends (8th and 15th November). This is with the aim of finding someone by the end of the month. I will be moving out as of the 12th of December, so whilst we absolutely need someone to move in by the first week of Jan latest, there is a bit of wiggle room if you needed to move in sooner!
