Room for Rent in West London Creative Household!

We are looking for a new Flatmate! Move in date of August 15th, one year lease.

Located across the street from Northfield Station in a vibrant family oriented community, we are looking to fill two rooms as our current flatmates are moving out. The flat is only 45 minutes from Central London tube stations such as Convent Garden & Piccadilly Circus and 25 minutes by tube to Heathrow Airport.

One room is a smaller size with a single bed and one wardrobe, ideal for someone with a budget of £650 per month, a total of £750 including all bills.
Access to the kitchen and shared bathroom on the main floor.

The second room is large and spacious with a double bed and Wardrobe. Price is £750 per month, a total of €850 including all bills.
Access to a shared bathroom upstairs.

We are looking for someone:

**Who can provide their own guarantor or preferably able to be a guarantor for the household, as the current occupants are Canadian.

- Someone who is tidy and cleans up after themselves in common areas

- A student or full time working professional

- Member or supporter of the LGTBQ+ community

- An individual who is friendly and likes the arts is a must! We are a household of creatives who love to watch films, chat about our crazy & fun day, and occasionally film self tapes.
