Double room in 4 bed house share

Double room available in a 4 bed house share with 3 other women. We are all professionals in our early 30s working across film and theatre. We’re a social house and enjoy hanging out together, but equally all have our own separate lives. Looking for another non-smoker, preferably woman, who has similar interests and pace of life to us.
We have a separate living room, a large kitchen/diner with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a back garden with a shed for bikes. There is on street permit parking available.

Security deposit is split equally between all tenants and is £663.25 each.
