We are looking for a friendly, easy going flatmate to take over one of the four bedrooms in our house!
The room itself is 600£ per month, with an additional 100£ for utilities & wifi per month. Total cost including utilities is 700£.
The room has one single bed, one desk and stool, one window, and one wardrobe. The bathroom would be shared with one other person on the main floor.
We are located across the street from Northfields station, giving you direct access to the Piccadilly line and buses to other tube lines. Great family friendly and quiet area.
We will not accept any smokers (weed, vapes, or cigarettes) and prefer an individual who is a supporter of the arts! A guarantor will also need to be provided.
