Spacious Double Room with Private Garden

I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy to take over my flatmate's spacious room in a beautiful Northfields home as she moves out.

The room itself is bright and spacious with a proper double bed and brilliant built-in storage: a full wall of fitted wardrobes plus a built-in desk with drawers, so there's genuinely no need to bring much furniture of your own. The window looks out over leafy trees and the room gets lovely natural light through the day.

The living room is a spacious and comfy space with TV, vinyls and a reading nook. Great for someone who's into books, music or gaming :)

There's also a dining table for meals, a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, sink under a window, and generous counter space, and a bright, modern bathroom with a full bath and a heated towel rail.

The garden is a quiet, private, fully-fenced patio with a shed with a mature tree for shade, and room for a table and chairs. Neighbours are friendly and there's often cat neighbours visiting too.

The location is excellent: about a 5-min walk to Northfields station (Piccadilly line), with fast, direct links into central London and around 30 mins out to Heathrow. Good bus routes run nearby too.

Northfields itself is a lovely, quiet corner of Ealing with great boutiques and restaurants and with both Lammas Park and Walpole Park nearby.

I'm a 25-yo professional in the automotive industry who has recently went back to studying. I'm into cars/bikes/music/coffee/photography, and hope to find someone who shares a calm energy.
