Upstairs medium sized single room in house share with three ladies and landlord ( teacher, recruitment consultant and retailer ) . Stable household ( two tenants have been resident for at least eleven years ) . House is ten mins walk from Northfields Tube ( Piccadilly line ) or a five minute bus journey takes you to Ealing Broadway ( Central Line ) . Buses run every 5 to 7 mins . West Ealing BR close by. Good access to M4 , M1 and A4 by car . Street parking by house .( house is in a wide street so you can park safely ) . Tesco Express is a two minute walk from the house as is both a butchers and a bakers . There are lots of restaurants within walking distance and a number of parks . House has freeview , internet connection , lounge ( (for occasional use ) and the usual facilities ( including washing machine and dryer ) Garden with lots of flowers plus a patio. Area is very safe and neighbours are friendly and helpful . Regular night bus service to central London.
The kitchen is small so it may not appeal to keen cooks .

Rent is inclusive of all bills . Viewing is most evenings after 7. 30 pm( other times by appointment ) . The existing tenants have expressed preference for a female tenant . The playing of music through speakers is prohibited

Landlord is resident weekdays. . The minimum let is six months .

The rent includes the services of a weekly cleaner.
