The room is around a 10-15 minute walk from Crystal Palace bus and train station, 5 Minute or less bus ride to south Norwood station both with fast trains to London arriving there in 15 minutes. Also links very well to east Croydon with busses going directly there from outside the flat

You will be sharing with a couple I’m a Spanish native and speak full Spanish and my partner is English. We both work a lot so Monday to Friday you will be lucky to see us.

We’re very laid back and tidy and we would want someone equally as chilled and tidy, as its a really nice flat and we wish to keep it that way.

The monthly rent is £600 pcm
and a deposit of £500
