Double room in 2-bed garden flat

Hi, I'm Bel and looking for someone to take the second room in my lovely two-bed, victorian flat.

Would also accept Monday-Friday lets for reduced rent.

I am a born and raised Londoner and love exploring everything the city has to offer, I also love to cook and run in my spare time.

Looking for an easy-going, clean, friendly professional female who doesn't work from home.

It is a ground floor flat in a Victorian house with plenty of character whilst being well converted. There is a lovely couple who live upstairs and the the neighbours either side are also friendly, there is great community feel on the street.

The room is cosy but lovely and bright which makes it feel airy and spacious. The living space, kitchen and bathroom are shared and there is a private decking at the back of the kitchen as well as a garden which is split with the flat upstairs (although they barely use it).

My flat is perfectly located a 10-15 minute walk from West Norwood station with direct trains to London Bridge and Victoria. There is also an SL6 stop 2-minutes away which is direct into Waterloo and Holborn. Multiple other bus routes go in Euston, Marylebone, Brixton (for the Victoria Line) and Elephant and Castle, to name a few.

West Norwood has lots of lovely cafes and pubs as well as Norwood Feast market which takes over the town once a month with crafts and street food. I am also a 15-20 minute walk to Crystal Palace, so there is an abundance of parks, great pubs, cafes and markets to explore.

Other amenities include West Norwood Leisure centre with pool and gym and Lidl is the closest supermarket, only 2-minutes away which is ideal.
