My partner and I are travelling this summer and are looking for a couple or professional single to look after our lovely South London flat while we are away from March to October.
We own the place together and currently live here full time with our newborn baby. We have recently repainted most rooms, and don't smoke or have pets, so the place is bright and clean.
We will be leaving most furniture and kitchen supplies, so the place will be ready to move into and settle in right away. Perfect for someone coming to London for the summer!
The Flat:
- Living / Dining Room: Spacious and comfortable with a large L-shaped sofa, dining table and chairs for four, TV, bookcase and a dedicated work-from-home setup including a desk and monitor.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, kettle, fridge and washing machine. Crockery, pots and pans etc will all be left for you to use as well as cleaning supplies.
- Bedroom: King-size bed, two built-in wardrobes, and two chest of drawers providing plenty of storage. Duvet, pillows and sheets can be left if required.
- Bathroom: Modern and well kept with shower and bathtub. Towels can be left if needed.
- Optional garage available for £50/month, ideal for bike storage.
Location:
The flat is well located on south side of Crystal Palace with great transport connections, proximity to green spaces and local shops.
- 15 mins walk to Norwood Junction (12-minute train to London Bridge)
- 15 mins walk to Crystal Palace Station (Overground to Shoreditch & SE London)
- 15 mins walk to Crystal Palace Triangle for Sainsbury’s, cafes, independent shops and Blackbird Bakery.
- 5 min walk to convenience store with basic groceries.
- South Norwood Lakes Park just at the bottom of the road, 20 mins walk to Crystal Palace Park, and short drive to South Norwood Country Park.
