I'm looking for a female lodger to rent my sister's room in our lovely split-level flat from 1st October 2026. I'd love to find someone who's friendly, clean, considerate and looking for somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

The room is a really spacious double and comes with:
- Your own private ensuite
- Two wardrobes with loads of storage
- A dedicated office/work-from-home space (not in the room itself)
- Your own parking space on the driveway

The flat is owner-occupied, bright and spacious, and split over two floors. Your bedroom is on the top floor, giving you a bit of extra privacy.

There's also:
- A separate living room
-A separate kitchen/dining room
- A private garden that's perfect when the weather's nice
- A non-smoking home

We're based in Norwood Junction, in a great spot between Crystal Palace and East Croydon.

Norwood Junction station has Overground, Thameslink and Southern services, with direct trains to London Bridge in just 12–14 minutes. It's also super handy for Gatwick Airport, with direct train links.

A bit about me! I'm 29 and work in advertising. Outside of work you'll usually find me dancing, playing netball, trying out new restaurants (always up for a food recommendation!), or spending time with friends and family.

I'm also a huge dog lover. Our family dog lives with my parents but may pop over for the occasional visit, so hopefully you're happy around dogs too!

The details
- Available from: 1st October 2026
- Rent: £1,100 per month
- Bills included: Water, gas, electricity and Council Tax
- Initial tenancy: Fixed until 31st December 2026 (no break clause)
- From 1st January 2027: Rolling monthly agreement with one month's notice from either side
