Single room with a double bed to rent in Norwood Junction.

The room is for single occupancy, the house is shared with me and one other, and we like to keep it clean and organised.
The bed is ottoman adding more storage space to the room.

The house has a nice back garden with BBQ and a garage which can be used as extra storage if needed. You can also have a gated parking space if you have a car.

Norwood Junction station is 6 min away taking you to London Bridge in 15 min, Blackfriars in 18 min and Kings Cross in 22 min. Canada water in 25 min which is very handy if you work in Canary Wharf.

There are three supermarkets at walking distance (Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury's Express), a park and a Leisure centre less than 5 min walk from the house.

All bills are included apart from £36/ month for the cleaner. (You will pay her directly)

Rent is £550/month
