Double room in our charming Victorian terrace

Hi, we are looking for someone to move into our spacious double room in our charming house next to the country park. 13 minutes walk to Norwood Junction Station or 10 minutes to Elmers End.

The house itself consists of 3 bedrooms, an open plan living room, kitchen, bathroom and a lovely garden perfect for a summer bbq. The room is light and airy with views over the garden. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk space, clothes rail and bed side storage. We are happy for you to add any other bits of furniture you may need/hang any pictures etc you may want. The price is inclusive of all bills, council tax (band C) and rent.

We are looking for a young professional who is easy going, clean and considerate. You will be moving in with me, my Partner and our small very chilled dog Lenny. We are a couple who enjoy travelling, nature and good cup of tea/glass of red. When we’re not relaxing in the house or out and about, we are out in our campervan Olive somewhere by the sea. Nick is an Actor so work mostly evening’s and Amy works 4 days a week for a wellbeing brand in Greenwich.

We live just across from the wild and beautiful South Norwood Country Park and Harrington road tram stop. The park is great for a lunch time walk, bird watching (We recently saw a kingfisher!) and hosts a park run every Saturday. There is a Tesco's extra just across the park or a Sainsbury’s express at the end of the road. A Waitrose and Marks in Beckenham which is 8 minutes away.

Harrington Road tram stop (1 minute) East Croydon in 14 minutes, Wimbledon, Beckenham Junction.

Norwood Junction - (13 minute walk) 12 minute train to London Bridge, Overground, trains to Victoria and East Croydon

Elmers End - (10 minute walk through the park) 30minute train to Charing Cross, Lewisham, Kent, Cannon Street.

Birkbeck (12 minute walk) Crystal Palace, Dulwich, Peckham, Balham

Frequent buses towards Peckham, Croydon, Crystal Palace, 176 to Tottenham Court Road is close by.

Free parking outside the house on the road. There’s a bike lockup a minute from the house.

We are a very relaxed couple who enjoy meeting new people so any questions fire away.
