Available Master Bedroom With Bay Window!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the master bedroom of a gorgeous three-floor house with a garden in Norwood Junction, a 15 minutes’ walk from the Overground and National Railways station ASAP. The post code is SE25 and the lease runs till November with the option to renew afterwards. Preferably to move in by the next two weeks at most, though this can be negotiated. I need to move because of personal circumstances, but this house is a beautiful place to call home.

You would have a master bedroom on the second floor of the house with four built-in closets and two built-in shelves, as well as a bay window overlooking the street and part of the city skyline atop a green hill. Rent with bills is 1000 pounds per month. We have unlimited heating so the bills stay relatively stable in colder months, too.

Common spaces include a separate living room, a dining room, a kitchen (fitted with a washer, dryer and dishwasher), a home office and a private back garden with a fire pit. The house has two full bathrooms on the second and third floor, as well as a toilet on the ground floor. Each bathroom is shared by two people, and the bathroom you would be using has a bath tub as well as a shower with ample storage space. You would be sharing the house with three other young professionals. There is an Aldi, Sainsbury Supermarket and Crystal Palace stadium close by - about 10-15 minutes walking.
