I have a spare double room going, its big and airy. £900 pm, willing to go a little lower for the right person.
The landlady is amazing and super accommodating. She loves the flat and wants someone who will put love into it too.
Im the only other tenant - id like someone social and a friend rather than a housemate.
I like to host dinners and small parties a couple times a year. Definitely looking for someone to get involved and have their friends over too. It can be a quiet flat - movie nights and cooking together, but no pressure if you want to hang solo as i stay at my partners a couple nights a week.
We are a bus away from Crystal Palace which is amazing in summer.
6 min walk from the station, and a 12 min train from London Bridge.
