The advertised price covers a 4 night stay, which can also begin on Sunday. Cleaning and biweekly linen changes are provided.
The room features a single bed with a new European-length mattress, a wardrobe, a large mirror, and a chest of drawers. It also has a double-glazed sliding door that provides access to the balcony. The room is kept clean and has an artistic character. Although there isn't a desk in the room, there is a workspace available in the living room for working from home. The rent covers most bills, including high-speed broadband, however, you would be responsible for paying the council tax, which is allocated on the address where you are registered to vote.
Conveniently located within walking distance of Norwood Junction station, the flat is ideally situated for commuting to Central London, East Croydon, West Croydon, Gatwick Airport, Luton Airport, Crawley, Brighton, and more. A large supermarket is nearby, along with smaller shops, a post office, bars, restaurants, pubs, and takeaways. It’s a safe neighbourhood to walk around, day or night.
For those who enjoy being active, there are plenty of sports facilities within walking distance, as well as South Norwood Country Park for jogging or cycling. A cycling lane can take you all the way to Lewisham and Greenwich, passing through the scenic parks and canals of South London.
The flat includes two separate bedrooms, a dining area, and a kitchen, with the washer/drier located in the utility room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with an electric cooker and hood, microwave, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, and ample storage. As a new build property, the flat is well-insulated, remaining warm in winter and cool in summer. You can enjoy the sunset in your bedroom most evenings, and I only occasionally used a fan during the hottest nights last summer.
