I’m looking for a flatmate for my beautiful 2 bed flat.
It’s £1200 (including bills)
Council tax band D

The flat is located opposite Norwood Junction station ( south east London ), it’s only 1 stop to London Bridge which takes 12 minutes on the train and also has overground taking you directly to east London.

It’s a large double bedroom with spacious built in wardrobes and private bathroom. There’s plenty of extra storage if needed and there’s a balcony and a terrace.

I’m not into partying much, I prefer going out for dinners or having chill nights at home so I’d like someone who’s on the same wavelength.
