5 minutes walk from Norwood Junction station with Overground, fast trains to London Bridge (15 minutes) and trains to London Victoria.
House features a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Heating can be controlled individually in every room. Lovely garden for the summer.
Rent is £612.50 without bills and I would advise leaving around £100-£200 wiggle room for bills with the knowledge that bills change with the seasons.
The room is a 4 bed, however only 3 people will be living there as one of the rooms will be undergoing repairs.
