Relaxed house share in South Norwood 🍉

**Room is technically unfurnished but our vacating housemate is up for selling the furniture seen in the photos.

House share with 3 other guys in their mid 30s. We mostly do our own thing but enjoying hanging out together when we get the chance.

We're not a party household, so looking for someone who is ok with that.
Smokers welcome but no smoking indoors.

The house is spacious with separate kitchen and living room, bathroom upstairs and downstairs loo, and a back garden.

Located in a fairly quiet residential area.
Less than 10 minutes walk to:
-Norwood Junction, with fast trains to central London as well as connections to Victoria and Overground stops
-Tram links to Beckenham, Croydon and Wimbledon
-South Norwood Country Park

Birkbeck train station is also a short walk away with connections through Dulwich and Peckham.

Cost of room includes rent (£525), utilities, license fee, council tax (band D), super fast broadband, cleaner every 2 weeks and money for shared household items (loo roll, cleaning supplies etc).
