Cute and cosy double room (bills incl.)

Looking for a woman in her mid 20s to share a small but comfortable house in South Norwood.

The house is a 3 minute walk from the station, with a 15 minute direct train to London Bridge and Victoria. Easy to get to Clapham Junction and East Croydon.

We have an Aldi 5 minutes away, along with plenty of good food places and coffee shops.
There is a country park 15 minutes walk away.

I work in hospitality and so will be coming home late. Meaning there will be noise past 12 due to my schedule. Due to this the room may not be ideal for anyone with early starts.

You must like cats to live here. My cat May is very sweet and shy but loving and it’s of upmost importance that the ideal tenant will love cats and be patient and friendly with May.

Not looking for anyone working remotely.

You will have to be clean, tidy and respectful. I’m not that stressed as long as there is a general consideration of others.

I’m not looking for a bff but as it would just be us living together I’m looking for someone that I will feel comfortable around, someone friendly and chill.
