Spacious Double Bed room in Creative Flat

Due to a change in circumstances my flatmate of 3+ years is moving out still one of my closest friends, so nice spacious double bed in a cosy chilled ground floor flat with a garden.
the room is big, front facing the flat, shared living room, bathroom & Kitchen.

its a short 10 min walk to Norwood Junction and Woodside tram stations so the connections are vast, can get to central London, London bridge within 15 mins.
East Croydon in 10 mins.
Victoria in 30 mins

Norwood is a busy but lively area including closest supermarkets are Tesco express, Sainsburys, Aldi, plus Norwood Leisure centre is close for people that enjoy the gym.

I am a lighting designer who loves the arts, I'm friendly, chilled & enjoy hanging out but also respects space,
I do enjoy video games, board games, history, mythology, films & tv, music, sports and good food.

always open to hanging out after a work day either with a wine or cup of tea and good music, or in the mornings with a cup of tea or coffee.

Its not a party house, but I don't mind the odd gathering too, so its usually nice and homely.

I work away quite often on various projects so sometimes you will have the space to yourself.

I'd love to find a like-minded flatmate who's friendly, clean, enjoys hanging out. I'd also love to build a friendship over time whilst respecting each other's space.

I have been here for just over 3 years when I moved in so but where the flat is really nice and quiet which is lovely.
