Bright and spacious double bedroom for 1 person only, no couples, calm overlooking the garden, fully furnished with desk, comfy double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawer, lots of storage, few minutes walk from Norwood Junction, with direct overground to Shoreditch, fast Thameslink to the City and 1 stop to London Bridge, Kings Cross St Pancras and trains to Victoria stations.

Shared living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and induction hob, newly refurbished bathroom, large garden.

This is a ‘home’ to chill and relax after a long day at work or study, very quiet and bright. Everyone is friendly in the house, like to share the occasional meal and movie night but also respectful of others’ privacy and time, all with busy lives. Not a party house. I am a friendly landlord and travel a lot for work (work in tech) but when at home I’m laid back.

The area is safe especially to travel and even late in the evening, the station is about 7 minutes walk, as well as the high street with all sorts of shops, pubs and restaurants, also at walking distance from Tesco's, Sainsbury’s and Aldi.

There are gyms and lots of parks nearby for a nice run, Crystal Palace is close by and Upper Norwood lake at walking distance.

The rent includes all electrics, gas, water, up to common sense usage. Any extra consumed will be paid by the person, WiFi, council tax
