I’m looking for a roommate to share my double room with me. The room is fully furnished and it’s all bills included. A lady precisely because I’m a lady as well.

Note: This is a double room of mine, I want to share the room together with someone.

Norwood Junction is just 10mins walk away from the house, 2mins to bus stops and also 2mins to tram stations.
Overground and Southern Rail connections into London Bridge, Clapham junction, East Croydon, West Croydon, London Victoria and many more others. The flat also has a free parking space.
All necessary amenities are within a short walk of the flat, including gym, parks, Coops, Sainsburys, Tesco, Pizza huts etc. The house has all the shops you could need to get things.
The room is fully furnished with shared Kitchen, Bathroom, Balcony and Living room.
