Bright double room close to station

We’re a friendly couple in our mid 30s looking for a clean, considerate, and independent housemate to join us in our new three-bedroom home. The house is spacious, bright, with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen, (compact) bathroom and garden. Although it is a three bedroom, we have no intention of renting out the third bedroom. The available room is a good size and comes with ample storage in the form of two wardrobes and shelves.

We’re looking for someone who has their own thing going on – work, studies, or hobbies – and values a peaceful, respectful home. We’re social but appreciate downtime.
