Description
Hi my name is Caroline and I will have a room to rent from the end of July as my lovely flatmate is moving in with her partner.
The flat is light and airy with an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
Your room comes unfurnished however does have its own separate storage room/walk in wardrobe. My current housemate may not need some of her furniture so there may be the possibility of her leaving stuff for you/buying it from her.
The building had a communal roof terrace which gets sun all day!
Norwood junction station is a 5 minute walk away with 12 minute trains to London Bridge. There’s an Aldi next to the station and a Tesco express across the road from the flat.
There’s a couple of nice local pubs and restaurants with more a short bus ride away to the Crystal Palace triangle.
A little about me; I work Monday-Friday in London with the occasional WFH day. Love a pub evening but also a big fan of a night in, I’ve become quite the Crystal Palace fan since moving here so you’ll often find me watching the football.
I’ve added the photos from the original letting ad so you get a feel for the flat and I’ll upload up to date photos this weekend.
Bills not included but roughly come to £200 a month
Council tax band: B
