Description
Hi! I am away from around 13 Feb - 15 March and looking to let my room out for this period. I can be flexible re length of stay and dates. Women preferred.
🏡 The Flat:
This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom modern flat that has been recently refurbished and has a large communal space. The property is located on the second floor with free parking on the road opposite. There's plenty of storage space, and you're welcome to work from home as much as you like. The neighbours are friendly and Norwood Junction feels very safe.
🗺️ The Area:
The apartment is a 5 min walk from Norwood Junction station, which has the overground and an 11 min train to London Bridge every 15 min. There are also regular, direct trains to: Victoria, Gatwick, Blackfriars, St Pancras, Luton and many other places.
There is a bus stop directly outside the flat, this bus stop and another a few mins away can take you directly to places such as: Brixton, Elephant and Castle, Peckham and Croydon.
The flat is next door to a Sainsbury's Local, and there is a Tesco Express a few min away (next to a good gym). There is also a large Aldi right by the station and a Tesco Superstore a 5 min drive away (it's located on the other side of the beautiful Country Park which is a 3 min walk from the flat). Crystal Palace is within walking distance and is full of nice bars/restaurants (as is Norwood Junction High Street).

The price advertised includes all bills. The place has just been renovated and so there are brand new floors, kitchen appliances, bathrooms and so on. The lounge features a large TV with a variety of streaming service on (including Netflix). We have fast WiFi and a comfortable desk set-up (including a monitor and ergonomic desk chair) which you'd be welcome to use.

Your room is a spacious and bright double room (with a king-sized bed and blackout curtains). You'd have a large wardrobe and your own bathroom. There is plenty of storage space in the room, and in the flat as a whole.

My current housemate is also a professional and has a pet bunny who is adorable and lives in her room. She is office-based for work.
🙋♀️ You:
We'd be looking for someone who is similar to us - clean and tidy, noise-conscious and respectful of others. We would very much want you to feel at-home in the flat and you'd of course be welcome to occasionally have friends/family/partners over.
