The tenancy is available from 27th August. The room is part-furnished, and any items currently in the room can be purchased from me at a small cost.

Chilled, friendly house share with 3 others in their mid-20s to 30s. We mostly do our own thing but hang out together when we get the chance.

Spacious house with kitchen, lounge, upstairs bathroom, downstairs toilet, spare room, utility room and garden.

Everyone works full-time, mostly 9-5 schedules. The place is kept clean and is well looked after. Smokers are welcome but no smoking allowed indoors.

Monthly rent also covers utilities, council tax, super-fast broadband, fortnightly cleaner and communal household items!

Within 10-minute’s walk:
· Norwood Junction station - with fast trains to London Bridge, Overground line and connections to Victoria
· Birkbeck train station - with connections through Dulwich and Peckham.
· Tram links to Beckenham, Croydon and Wimbledon
