SE25 South Norwood terrace 2 bed House

SE25 South Norwood lovely terrace 2 bed house. 1000£ – all bills included - 17 days stay.

I am looking for a very responsible single occupant or couple to sublet our beautiful house in South Norwood, close to Selhurst Park, south Norwood lakes, and Crystal Palace for short term sublet [2 weeks].

We are trying to fill two weeks periods in November 8th till November 25th

It's 10 minutes walk to Selhurst station, and 15 mins walk to Norwood Junction, a very nice high street and villagey vibe. It’s just 12 mins to London bridge from Norwood Junction, 1 stop on the Thameslink. There is also the Overground where you can get to Peckham in 10 mins and Hackney in 30 mins, so it’s very well connected.

All in rent Price includes bills and covers the stay for 17 days for 1000£ single or 1200£ for a couple. Sole occupancy preferred.

We want somebody with some experience with cats/be a cat lover and can help feed the cat in residence for the discounted price.
