The House: Recently renovated, clean, and shared with three adult - females. Quiet neighbours and a large, well-kept garden with outdoor furniture.
The Room: Furnished with a single bed and mattress, open wardrobe with shelves, and a bedside table.
Rent: £500 per month, all bills included, plus one month's deposit.
Term: Long-term rental (minimum 6 months). Available from 1 March
