Nice and bright double bed room, in a quiet and extremely clean house. There is large built in wardrobe and double bed in the room.

Norwood Junction and tram stop are 10 minutes walking distance away. Local shops are 10-15 minutes away (Tesco, Aldi). There are fast trains to Central London - London bridge is less than 15 minutes away.

House is very clean and tidy. Nice living room with a big table for dinner and TV to relax after the long day at work. There is green and secluded garden to enjoy good weather and barbecue. Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage and good layout for making nice meal. There is usual fridge, freezer and microwave as well as good washing machine. Fast Virgin broadband is available as well.
There is shed for storage outside if required, with side gate to the garden for easy access. Parking for the car is available on the street. All bills are included in the rent.

House is occupied by professional and very friendly people who like to chat about various topics but also like to have their private space and relax. There are no late night loud parties or nuisance of any sort. Nice and chill environment where people can relax and enjoy living here. No pets/smoking in the house. We keep house clean by tidying after ourselves as well as have weekly rota to make sure it is tidy.
