Five minutes walk from both Notting Hill and Bayswater tube stations, seven mins from Queenway tube and one minute walk from a ‘Boris’ bike hire rack!

Well equipped kitchen and attractive drawing room with separate utility room. Good furniture with some antiques, and paintings as also a home. Even a piano should you wish to play. Access, by arrangement, to the roof terrace and BBQ!

Cinemas, farmers' market, cafes, restaurants and Portobello Road market are just a stone's throw away.

I am up 2 - 4 x a month for a day or two but always let my lodgers know when I will be there. I have my own room so don't get in your hair!

I can lend bed linen etc if needed!
