Lovely self contained clean, refurbished bedsit.

My husband and I are looking for our next long-term lodger. We would like someone who wants to be settled here for at least a year, preferably longer, and is happy to live their own lives, as there is no communal space.
I am a professional Shiatsu practitioner and he retired a year ago. We are in our 60's, and live a regular, quiet life.
Our spare room is really a self contained space. It includes a small kitchen area, hallway, and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet.
In case this is a deal breaker ........ there is no washing machine. There is however a good local laundrette 5 mins walk away. The room is bright and gets the sun in the afternoon. It is basically furnished with a small double bed, table and chairs, cupboards and drawer space, a good sized wardrobe, essential kitchen stuff and a small fridge/freezer, hob and microwave/oven. There is wifi although in our area speeds are not great so streaming can be a bit hit and miss.
We are situated 3 minutes walk from Portobello Road, and 10/15 minutes walk from Notting Hill Gate, Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park stations Our flat is generally quiet. It is on the top floor of a Victorian house, but there isn't a lift!!
The room dimensions are: 4.45X3.14 Bathroom 3.44X2.14

The room will be available from Saturday November 28th.

Due to the Covid restrictions, in person viewings are not currently possible, but I propose to share a walk through video, and use WhatsApp video with shortlisted potential tenants.
