Cozy, Affordable Roomshare In Notting Hill

Hi!

Firstly - ensure you know this is a shared room! What you see in the pics is your side of the room - exclusively for your use. The room splits diagonally and I have my home spot and my things on the other side of it!

Moving in date is from August 1st.
I don't mind if you're a girl/guy/other gender - if you are generally friendly & considerate with others then that is well sufficient!

A bit more detail:

It's a great little room on a side street right next to Notting Hill Gate. I’m sharing this room to keep cost low and for the location the rent is brilliant - £425 per month per person all inclusive.

My current roommate is moving out in the end of July to pursue new adventures, and I'm looking for someone to take his place. I’m experienced sharing spaces with heaps of different people of various ages and genders - both via travelling, sailing, volunteering, as well as simply living in London in room shares and it’s always worked out well - so as long as you know the basics of how to live with others, we will get along :-)

You will have your own side of the room which has a single bed, a desk with drawers, a wardrobe, and a window to the patio/garden. Kitchen, bathroom, etc are shared with other flatmates (currently 4, myself included).

I am occasionally away (weekend or a long weekend about twice a month) visiting my boyfriend in Shropshire so you will normally have stretches of quiet time in the room. My work is normally in the daytime between 8-16 but I can sometimes also work in the evening. I currently work part time, 3-4.5 days a week mainly during the weekdays, divided over 3 to 6 days.
