Looking for female flatmate for Notting HIll flat

Looking for a female flatmate to share my spacious and cozy 2-story flat with me.

The neighborhood:
Notting Hill: a 5-minute walk from Portobello Road and a 10-15 minute walk to Hyde Park. Easy walk to Westbourne Park, Ladbroke Grove, and Notting Hill tube stations. Tons of cafes, shops and restaurants around. It's a fabulous area!

The flat:
- Fully-furnished double bedroom w/sunshine
- Downstairs: Bedrooms, shared bath + toilet (in separate rooms)
- Upstairs: large living room, large kitchen, 2 terraces, skylight. An office room if you need to WFH.

Amenities: full fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, exercise bike, espresso machine, microwave, high-speed broadband, etc.

I'm a journalist, very tidy, a non-smoker. During normal times I travel often for work. These days, I both WFH and go to the office. I enjoy reading / exercising / spending time with friends.

MISC:
Happy to do a month-to-month agreement.
My lease is until early September 2021.
For stays less than a month, we can discuss a daily or weekly rate.
