7. warm house and 24-hour hot shower.

8. Chain stores like Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco, 24-hour supermarkets ... are less than 5-mins walk away.

9. Inexpensive cafes/ restaurants like Costa, Nandos, Mcdonald, Subway, KFC ... are 5-mins away.
