Cosy bedroom in Notting Hill

Lea and I are looking for a new tenant in our flat share :)

We are advertising for a very bright room, AVAILABLE NOW, perfectly situated 1min walking distance from Portobello Road and Westbourne Park tube station (Hammersmith and City Line, Circle Line), in the fancy Notting Hill neighbourhood. All essential shops (and more!) are on Portobello Road, which is very handy.

The room has a double bed and is fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe, table, chair, mirror and nightstand). It is also on the sunny side of the house so incredibly LIGHT and cosy.

Renting is £770 each month with everything included (council tax, wifi, bills, and CLEANER). No agency fees.

The flat is on second floor, no living room, all windows are double glazed, very good state, well ventilated. There is a shared bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, pots, pans, plates, etc.

We are 29 and 27 full time working women, quiet, tidy, who are looking preferably for a girl. We enjoy our privacy but would appreciate to develop friendship with our next flatmate and spend some time together :) The flat would suit someone who’s looking for a quiet and really clean home where they can relax.
