Bright top-floor flat in Notting Hill

My flatmate is moving out in February, so I am advertising this bright, spacious, top-floor flat (with lift!) just steps away from all the shops on Westbourne Grove with Granger & Co right opposite us. Your room is a nice double and has lots of natural light (first bedroom in the photos). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a washer, dryer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, etc.

I am a City lawyer who works long hours but enjoys sharing the woes (and highs!) of the day over a glass of wine or cup of tea from time to time.

I am looking for someone who is considerate, tidy and generally more on the sensible side. Female working professionals very strongly preferred!
