The cost of the rent and bills including cleaner for building communal areas is £1098.00.
Bills: This price includes all bills (communal electricity and gas, council tax, water, cleaner for communal areas) and excludes TV licence and electricity used in the room.

The building contains 12 studio rooms (3 on each floor) and the offered studio is on the second floor.
On each floor there is a shared bathroom. On this floor the bathroom is shared with two neighbours Lise-Lotte and Lindsey..

The building is full of character and very modern. It is located 3min walk from famous Portobello, close to great transport links, short stroll from Kensington Gardens and is right in the middle of famous Notting Hill.
