Modern mezzanine studio in Notting Hill

Hi! My girlfriend and I are sadly leaving our beautiful modern apartment in Notting Hill. It is a Mezzanine style studio apartment on the first floor of a classic Victorian building.

The rent is £1560,- (ALL BILLS incl.) and is perfect for one or two people (NO extra costs for couples).

Location:
The apartment is located in the center of London and a 4 minute walk away from Notting Hill Gate Station. Transport is very easy.
Hyde park is a 3 minutes walk away where I usually go on lovely walks/runs and enjoy a lunch in the sun!
Portobello Market is a 9 minute walk away. And lots of cafe’s and restaurants nearby.

Service:
The apartment complex has a forth night cleaning service.
Receptionists available from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.
There is a laundry room with washing machine and dry cleaners at the end of the hallway.

The Studio:
- Fully furnished with dining table, two chairs, bed with bedding, bedside tables, TV. (We bought a hammock and bench which we consider to leave in the room if you would like them:).)
- The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pans, plates, cups, microwave, fridge and hob.
- Modern bathroom with shower and towel heating.
- Kingsized bed with a lot of storage space underneath it.
- Balcony with sunshine in the mornings! (We have a few plants and garden lights which we will consider to leave there if you would like them!)
- Wardrobe with a lot of storage space.
- Large mirror.

We are looking for somebody to take over our apartment from the end of May (arrival date is flexible) until August 24th (a longer stay could be discussed with the landlord).
