Double room in Notting Hill

I am leaving a double room in a lovely flat in Notting Hill.
The flat is very central, five minutes from Portobello Road and 15 minutes from Kensington Gardens.
The area is quiet/residential but also plenty of nice restaurants and bars (Portobello Road or Westbourne grove areas).
It is very well connected: 3 minutes from Hammersmith and City/ Circle lines (Westbourne Park station) and 15 minutes from Central line (Notting Hill Gate).

The room is sunny and spacious, provided with, wardrobe, drawer, chair and desk.
The flat has a comfortable and cozy kitchen, a bathroom with bath/shower.

There are only two rooms. You would hate the flat with an Italian girl, young professional, very tidy, respectful and sociable.
