[5 month sublet] Double Room in Notting Hill

Hi!
I am looking to find a tenant for my doubleroom in Notting Hill. The current contract is until Aug 2022. Looking for someone who can take over my contract from around early April.

- Double room with a built in wardrobe and king size bed.
- 2BR flat, 5 min walk from Notting Hill Gate tube station.
- Top floor flat with a lovely roof top terrace, cul de sac street.
- Fully furnished, living room, 1 bathroom and kitchen.
- Second bedroom is occupied by a female friend of mine.
- current rent is £ 275 per week or £ 1192 PCM (excl. bills)
- Bills come around 200 £ per month.
- Deposit is required and negotiable.

I am planning to move in with my partner, hence why I am looking for someone to take my contract, the other tenant is my close friend from school who is doing a Postgrad at KCL. She is really easy going and fun.
