Roommate Wanted in a Quiet and Secure Building ( read carefully please 🙏🏻)

Hello! I'm a 31-year-old French independent worker in real estate, working from home. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who works out of the house or at least part of the week to keep the space balanced.

Here’s a bit about me and what I’m looking for:

- 🙌🏻Easy-going and laid-back
- 🍳🥙Cook almost every day, so if you enjoy homemade meals, that’s a plus
- 🫶Looking for someone quiet who enjoys peace—this is not a party house, and the neighbors are mostly older residents
- 🧼🧹Cleanliness is a must! If you're not tidy, this won't work—my last roommate left because he didn’t keep the space clean
- 🚀Fast internet (fiber) perfect for work or gaming (I’m a gamer, so it would be great if you are too!)
- 🍳I’m not vegan and cook meat daily, so keep that in mind
- 🤑Bills must be paid on time—no exceptions
- 😵‍💫Couples and shared living situations (siblings/friends) are not allowed per the landlord's contract (max 2 people)
- ❤️‍🔥I’ve been here for 2.5 years and know the area well; it’s a great neighborhood with no issues, just clean living
- ❤️‍🔥I’m a **dog lover** (bring your dog if you have one!), but **no cats** please
- 🤷🏼‍♂️Smoking is allowed in your room
- 🍀Rent is **£1100** + **£100 for bills**, which is fair considering the safe and lovely area with great local shops
