We have refurbished this wonderful building in the heart of Notting Hill just few years ago, and since we have welcomed a group of wonderful young people.

As some people are relocating, we have two studio rooms becoming available:

Studio Room 1
available from 17th January
ground floor
£1,255pm inclusive of all bills apart of electricity used in the studio (£1350 for a couple)
massive, bright, kitchen annex with all white goods including fridge/freezer, microwave oven and grill,
fully furnished with double bed, desk, table and with large wardrobe

Studio Room 12
available from 15th January
lower ground floor
£998pm inclusive of all bills apart of electricity used in the studio
large, kitchen annex with all white goods including fridge/freezer, microwave oven and grill,
fully furnished with bed, desk, table and wardrobe

The building contains 12 studio rooms (3 on each floor).
On each floor there is a shared bathroom.

The building is full of character and very modern. It is located 3min walk from famous Portobello, close to great transport links, short stroll from Kensington Gardens and is right in the middle of famous Notting Hill.

We have super fast Virgin Fibre Optic broadband perfect if you are studying or working from home. We also have a laundry room with washing machine and drier.
