Large double ensuite room in Notting Hill

Situated 5 minutes from Notting Hill Gate, Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, this spacious 3 person apartment is very well connected. It is also across the road from Hyde Park and Kensington Palace Gardens, so you have quick access to green spaces and the area is very safe.

The bedroom for rent is a large double room with an ensuite bathroom, including walk-in shower. It is furnished with a double bed, clothes hanger and bedside tables (can include a desk also if needed).

The kitchen is separate to the lounge and a decent size (especially for London!) and houses a bunch of appliances, including a cafeteria / Bialetti. The dining / living room area is very spacious and includes a dining table, 65" TV and large windows for plenty of light in the day.

There are three rooms total, one on the same floor as the room for rent and one on the floor above (one of the rooms is not occupied). You would be sharing with a young professional couple, both 28 and hybrid working. We are both easygoing and clean and would be nice to find someone nice to share the space with.

The price includes all bills, except for a bi-weekly cleaner and it is available from around the start of January, with some flexibility on starting dates.
