Between Holland Park and Ladbroke Grove, a short walk away from Shepherds Bush, Westfields and Portabello Market, 5 minutes walk from Latimer Rd tube.
I live in a self contained ground floor flat with garden. Off road, it is free from traffic noise. The spare room is large and overlooks the garden with extra storage space if needed.
Shower/bathroom and kitchen are shared. Shared areas are cleaned by a weekly cleaner.
This is a harmonious and happy place, any race, faith or gender are welcome. I am an intellectual creative and have worked in arts admin and illustration. I am content and busy with my own time although I'm also open for good conversation. Im looking for a quiet and compatable person possibly a PhD student to share my home for a long let of 9 months +
