It’s a social flat and we like to throw parties together where we invite all our friends for some drinks, cooking, or a BBQ in the summer.
The landlord is a French lady and you’ll be signing an individual tenancy contract with her for your room. The rent is 1200 GBP per month and that includes all bills except internet which we take care of ourselves together. It’s currently 16 GBP/month per flatmate.
