Short Term Sublet - Notting Hill Bed & Bath

SHORT TERM SUBLET FROM 19th MAY - 8th JUNE.

The 3 week rate is £1250.

I'm renting out my bedroom, which comes with a king size bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, in my light and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You will be renting my bedroom and my flatmate will be gone for the majority of the three weeks (if not all).

The flat is newly decorated in the heart of Notting Hill, with some of the best bars and restaurants in London just walking distance away. 5-10 min walk to Portobello Rd & Golborne Rd and 5 min walk to Ladbroke Grove tube (Hammersmith & City line). 15 min walk to Holland Park tube (central line)

The apartment itself is extremely quiet and peaceful. The bedroom windows are double glazed to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a relaxed, open plan living space with a TV that has Netflix etc. There is also a lovely private garden.
