Double Bedroom Sublet in Spacious Notting Hill Home — Available January 24, 2026

We’re offering a bright double bedroom as a sublet in our large, newly refurbished Notting Hill apartment. You’d be joining an existing household shared by two brothers — Mo (30), an art director with a studio in West London, and Omar (25), who works in finance in central London.

This is a live-in household arrangement rather than a new tenancy agreement, so we’re looking for someone who feels like a good fit for the space and the calm environment we’ve created here. We both work outside the home during the day, so the flat stays tidy, relaxed, and uncluttered.

We’re ideally looking for a considerate professional who also works primarily out of the house and values a peaceful, respectful, and kind home atmosphere.

The Space
• 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom first-floor apartment
• You’ll have your own dedicated bathroom — it’s the guest bathroom for the flat, though since our bedrooms are ensuite, it’s yours in day-to-day use and only shared occasionally when we have visitors
• As it also serves as the guest bathroom — like the rest of the shared areas in the flat — we keep it tidy and presentable, and we’re looking for someone who naturally values the same
• Large living room opening into a spacious, eat-in kitchen
(dishwasher + washer/dryer included)
• The kitchen is fully equipped, with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and a coffee machine — there’s plenty of space for everyone’s things and daily routines
• Bright, recently renovated, and very well looked-after
• Private hallway + secure entry system
• We live with a very friendly English bulldog — so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs

The flat is spacious with a warm, grounded energy. Omar is partnered, and his girlfriend occasionally spends time at the flat — we’d describe the home as family-oriented, friendly, and considerate, rather than a party household.

• 7 minutes to Bayswater
• Hyde Park & Kensington Gardens just around the corner

Everything — cafés, bakeries, gyms, wine shops, and grocery stores — is within easy walking distance.
