Hello,
I am looking for a new roommate starting around October 13 2025 through Dec 2026 to take over current lease from roommate. I am currently waiting for approval of rent renewal starting Dec 1, 2025 and hope to confirm in the next two weeks.
It is a cute little apartment a few minutes from notting hill gate and hyde park. It's a basement flat, so it stays cool in the summer and we have a nice back patio which let's light into both bedrooms. This is not a sub-let arrangement, rather you would take over the lease from my roommate and would need to submit appropriate papers to the landlord (some residence and financial information)
I go into work everyday but like to hang out at home after work and sometimes on the weekend, although I am usually pretty busy! About once a month I have friends over for drinks or dinner but never late at night. If I come home after dark, I am quiet and respectful.
I try to keep the apartment clean and tidy, and I hope we can work together to keep it looking nice. It is an old apartment but has lots of character!
Bills and city tax are usually 45-100 per month depending on how much gas / electricity we use!
We are in council tax Band B
